very casual and friendly senior managers to interview with. they need proof of accounts and territory of your sales. they start off with level one and you basicly move your way up. your first year they ask for you to shadow and mostly cover everyone who is on vacation so there is no guaranteed routes or accounts assigned until you are done with your one year of training with other account manager's routes and territories.
