I applied online. I interviewed at Liquid Education
Interview
The interview was lengthy but very helpful in understanding the position I was applying for. They really go above and beyond to be transparent about the position and give very specific details about the job expectation. They also give great info about company benefits, bonus, etc. The interview questions themselves are very straightforward.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Liquid Education (Lenexa, KS) in Sept 2014
Interview
I wouldn't call it an interview, felt more like an orientation as it lasted for about 2 hours. What was interesting is it seems this company is connected with for profit schools. First they ask the typical interview questions then you're paired with a work to listen in on phone calls. The idea is to take incoming phone calls from people who are searching for work. However, your job is to steer the conversation into going to school to obtain a degree. But the schools aren't accredited. The whole thing is a scam. Fortunately, I didn't get the job. They were basically looking for people who would go along with their scam.

Interview
About a 10 person group interview that detailed the company and then there was a follow up one on one interview at a later date. They do have at least one mole in each group interview to see who is taking the process seriously so I recommend you stay off your phone.
