Applied, then was contacted over email by the recruiter. Exchanged a couple emails that way, and then was setup for a phone interview with the supervisor of the group I was applying with. After the phone interview, exchanged a couple emails and phone calls with the recruiter and was then set up with an on-site day. I had interviews with 4 different people (the recruiter, the supervisor for the group I applied for, the supervisor for group that is our counterpart, and the VP of Operations) as well as a tour of the facility.
