Lisney interview questions

I had a 20-minute screening call with HR where we spoke about the job spec I outlined my current salary and expectations. We then scheduled an in-person interview at their office. I met with a senior executive who was very welcoming and professional. At the end of the interview, I was told that the salary on offer was 25% + lower than my current salary and that this, nor my salary expectations, had been communicated from HR. HR had also told me the wrong day of the interview, only realising their error 4 hours before the interview. A very poor experience overall, and a total waste of time for everyone involved.

1st interview was with HR and 2nd interview was with HR and Managing Director. It was a very calm interview and made me feel at ease as they wanted to see was I suited to the job and would I fit in with the company
