Interview
I had my first interview with the Director of Operations, and I felt it went really well. A day or two later I was asked to have a second interview with the CEO. I found this interview very difficult to get a read on how well I did, but I was asked a day later for my references. I sent them in that day, and when my references hadn't been contacted a couple days later I sent a follow up email and heard nothing back for a whole week, and when I did get an email back, it had no explanation for the week with no response to my email. My references were all contacted the next day and then, again, a whole week went by where I heard nothing. I sent a follow up email the next week asking if there were any issues, and I got no response. It has been a couple weeks since my last email and I found the interview process very unprofessional with the lack of communication.

Interview
Received emails to setup the interview, interviewed with HR, then had a follow up interview with the founder. After the follow up interview, I heard nothing back, which is a very poor experience for a job seeker that is very common amongst HR departments that are not properly trained to give that transparency to a candidate. Definitely a reflection on the company.
