I applied online. I interviewed at ListReports (Orange, CA)
Interview
Lots of interviews - I think I met with 5-6 people. They were all nice but I had two or three rounds after the inital phone interview. The process seemed a little intense, considering I was taking an entry level position, but they wanted to make sure I was a cluture fit and I appreciate that.
One must undergo three interviews in order to obtain an offer. First interview is to get to know your background and your values in a group setting. Second interview dives deeper into your personal story and what qualities make you unique or fit for the team. Third interview is with the COO and CEO and focuses on the skills you’ll bring onto the team and how your background applies to your desired role. After, a meeting would be set between you and the manager of the department you’re looking to work in to see if you’d work well with them and the existing team.

How does your personality help and hurt you in life?
I applied online. I interviewed at ListReports (Austin, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was a bit rigorous, especially for just an internship. But it helped my personal growth. I made it past the prompts and group interview but not past the third interview, and to my knowledge, I still would've had to complete two or three more additional interviews.
