Large group of teachers and administrators were present in the interview and took turns asking pedagogical questions, educational philosophy, and general experience questions. Teachers were warm and friendly.

The interview process was fairly typical of local school districts. First, there was an interview with the human resources department. Second, there was an interview with the principals who were interested in hiring. The interview process involved teachers from the grade level applied for, along with team leads from other grade levels.
