I got a leg in the door by knowing a sales associate and they had me apply online and then the GM called me and had me come in for a face to face. Brought in both sales managers and they asked a few questions. Super easy, they are desperate for help. Sales consultants have such a high turn over rate. They spent the majority of the interview selling me the job making sure I knew how much I would be making.

You wait thirty minutes for the creepy manager to come see you. Manager talks about himself for an hour, exaggerates the success of the staff and store. Manager checks your pulse. Manager offers you the job.
