Interview
Very Thorough, required a 4 part test prior to the interview, this was around 2 hours and only 1 interview that lasted around 2.5hrs. Afterwards there was a line tour of the facility

It was more about you than what you know, they thrive on integration to the team, they made me feel at ease and it was like chatting to someone rather than being interviewed.
