I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Little Caesars Pizza (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2018
Interview
I got the interview a day after applying, but only because a friend working in the same branch recommended me. He told me to come in the next day after school ended (I'm a high school student).
When I got there, the interview process ended up being quite long, like about 45 minutes to an hour. I was interviewed by two people; a crew member, and then the manager. The part that took up the most time was a very simple 30 question English and math test, along with a 50 question self evaluation that asked you to rate yourself from a 1 (which means never/rarely) to a 5 (meaning all the time) in different situations / personality traits.

Question 1
Pretend I'm a customer who's never had Little Caesars before and try to sell me your favorite pizza.
You realize that there has been an error in a pizza when there is a 30 second distribution policy for the Hot N Ready pizzas, and the customer is in a hurry. How do you handle the situation?
I interviewed at Little Caesars Pizza (Grand Terrace, CA)
Interview
Was a very quick interview and a super chill manager. Waited 10 minutes for someone to interview me. I later got offered a job there and hired on the spot. The interview was briefly 5 minutes long, it was just us standing outside the store.
Easy, if they need you they'll take you as long as you give cookie cutter answers and are a normal human being. Not much to it besides that. It's an easy highschool job
I interviewed at Little Caesars Pizza (Dothan, AL)
Interview
The interview was straight-forward and friendly. The manager started with "Tell me a little about yourself." Then she wanted to know about my availability and told me she would likely be calling me back based off of that.
