They asked simple mathematical questions like how many of cheese do you have if you start with four ounces of cheese and add 3 ounces of extra cheese. Then you had to complete a vocabulary test for basic literacy.

The interview is six to seven very simple questions. If you pass the interview, you get the job. Questions are easy to answer. Mostly asking you why you want to work for the company and what would you do in certain scenarios.

A 15-minute phone screen followed by in-person interview at store location. Was a straightforward process. I was able to see the operation and meet a wide variety of team members.
