Sat down with the store manager to have a one-on-one interview. It was the most basic of interviews. This individual simply asked me about my experience, how I handled stressful situations, and essentially, this person wanted to know if I could go above and beyond the call of duty, especially when the situation required it.

Manager called me 2 days after my submitted application. The manager was friendly and reassuring on how simple the job was. We toured the restaurant and explained what the job consist of to what was expected.

Manager wasn't even at the store at the agreed upon time. An employee contacted her on the phone and then asked me to fill out an application. She then informed me that the manager would give me a call when she got in. Still waiting on that call.
