I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Little Kickers (Calgary, AB) in July 2021
Interview
First, there was a phone interview (not long, only ~15 minutes), and if they like you, they'll invite you to a secondary interview where you observe one of the classes. At the second interview, the interviewers ask you questions about the jobs and how you would resolve certain conflicts and then they ask to to observe the class, and then eventually step in to teach a lesson.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Little Kickers (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
Very straightforward. Sent my CV in, had a phone call with one of the managers who asked me a few questions about my past experiences coaching and why I was interested in the role. I was then invited back to shadow a training session, and has a 1 to 1 with the same manager - who asked me a few competency based questions (what would you do in X situation etc.) and then I was offered the job.
