I was cold messaged by Anita who according to her Linkedin is the Co-Founder and was requesting an interview for her AE role. We set a time for Noon the next day and she mentioned her recruiter would reach out at that time. Noon comes and nothing. No email or call. Totally unprofessional to waste my lunch hour like this. If this is how their first step in the interview process is I can imagine how its going to be when they onboard you. They are not serious about hiring high value talent.
