Very personable The interview took about two hours there are lots of questions in regards to me things that I've been through in life why I chose healthcare profession very open for? Tour of the facility talked about their approach and dealing with people who are living with dementia their philosophy how they are different from a lot of transition to long term care facilities and I think they were looking for people who have not been painted by traditional they really do cater things to the needs individually of the people who they are caring for
