Attended two rounds of telephonic interview. The first round was taken by senior guy and it was nice experience. The questions were mostly about the project and technologies used.
Then the real surprise came when 2nd round was scheduled with team lead of SRE team who was just over aggressive with lots of attitude. He kept on asking basic technical questions without any patience to listen as he is the only one working on the cutting edge technologies no body ever worked. His way of talking looked like he had no interest to take the interview.
Advice to HR and managers, plz identify the right person to take interview for senior peoples. The team leads questions were pretty basic and it was like as he was interviewing a fresher.
The interviewer had no experience interviewing a manager with 10+ years experience.
