Interview and hiring process was quick and pretty simple. However, compensation is an issue. No one, not even the person submitting payroll could tell you how pay was calculated. Ran the numbers over and over just to find that it did not make sense.

I applied via email and interviewed over the phone, then in person. The phone interview lasted about 15 to 20 minutes. The in person interview was about the same and included being shown around the campus.
