First up is the Interview with the client services director, then the two founders of the company as well as the rest of the account team. Smart, competent people who were flexible and nice about rescheduling last minute.

Friendly, transparent and highly engaging. Living had a very clear idea of what the role was and how it would compliment the existing brand and digital teams. Two-step process meeting CEO first and then the wider team. Also went out of drinks once offer in place to ensure a good fit culturally.
