1. Submitting application by email after referral by a friend
2. Phone interview the day after submission of job application
3. In-person interview the day after the phone interview
4. Language and knowledge test after the interview conversation
need to do a simple English test and a grammar test, you will be left alone to finish the test, take your time to do the grammar test, there is alot of grammar mistake for you to identify
