In this area, principals do the hiring. I knew that my principal wanted me to work there before the interview. So, it was very relaxed and informal. This parish is big on family values, and they are somewhat oldschool. I'd say the key is to present yourself as a person with a strong moral compass who is there for the love of helping others.
