This means means responding gratuitously to the very first text in GroupMe at 6 AM and cold calling tired lists or friends of your own until at least 9 PM. The second is a Zoom interview given by an upbeat SA (higher up agent). That encourages you that this is a great six-figure opportunity if you are willing to work hard. Especially because of all of the awesome holiday parties and random excursions they get spoiled with. "But with this darn Covid-19 shutting everything down, who really knows what is to come, right?" Then, of course, the mandatory "Why do you want to work for Lloyd Agencies?"
