It's not really a good experience..I was called in for an in person interview by some consultancy for lloyd..there wer very less panels and there close to 60 people for the interview I waited 3 hours to get to first round. I really din't like the approach of in-person interview for experienced and wasting 3 hours just to get to round 1 on a weekend..felt my time wasn't respected Round 1 I answered all the devops related questions which were asked but the interviewer was in a hurry due to rush of candidates.he wasn't listening to my answers I could sense it..also he told me we are looking for devops +llm/api development/python/fast APIs and not core devops..this was a terrible miscommunication whosoever side it was Not at all a good experience
