Interview
1st round recruiter phone screen (15-30 min)
2nd round virtual interview with training manager and AE (45min) then virtual interview with VP (45 min)
Interview process took about a week received offer same day after 2nd round
It’s a fast interview process which is refreshing easy process and being referred ups chances of getting hired
It’s a startup so lots of hiring and opportunity in a tough job market with companies that aren’t very good
Loadsmart is definitely a good choice
3 total rounds, some situational questions, one mock call. About 45 min per interview. Spoke with 3 different mangers and or directors plus one Hr screen. Office visit plus 2 were virtual. hard questions when you go in person to the office
