The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn saying they found my profile interesting and would like to speak some more. The interview was quick and the process was easy. I appreciate the interest and look forward to working with the company in the near future.
Went through 3 interviews and got ghosted , so unprofessional , no call or email saying they are going to move on or anything. They told me in the interview we think your good fit can’t wait to have you with us. And another thing I kept asking this one question in all 3 Interviews and got 3 different answer. Nobody could give me a Straight answer

It was complex, yet precise. I was asked questions about my background, knowledge of Loadsmart, and my future goals. Even though I prepared significantly, I was still challenged by several different employees in the interview process that kept my head on a swivel.
