The interview process is quite straight forward. It's a 3-step interview cycle. First with the recruiter, then with a senior sales manager, and lastly with the director of sales. In terms of difficulty, the first interview is behavioral and isn't too tough. The next two are more to see how you'd fit into the sales team and your background in sales.
