First Interview was screening over the phone Second Interview was with the Director and Senior Manager Third Interview was with another Director and more technical Senior Manager All of the interviewers were not intimidating whatsoever. They were friendly and showed smiles which made me feel very comfortable. They did not seem to have set interview questions, they were generating questions by looking at my Resumé. The only thing I did not appreciate was being lead on. I was given the idea that everyone truly liked me and I was a good fit but they wanted to wait a month for the manager to come back from vacation to make the decision. After that month, they decided to conduct more interviews and hire another individual.
