Situational judgement test followed by a video interview, assessment centre and interview with your local council. All easy and straight forward. Assessment centre had three main tasks: written task, group activity and a presentation.

There were of stages to the application. I made it to the 3rd out of 5. They do provide feedback after the third stage, which was nice. However, it is quite vague on how to improve.
