The interview process was straightforward and well organized. It included three virtual interviews followed by one in-person meeting/dinner. I met with the recruiter and multiple members of the leadership team, which gave good visibility into the role, expectations, and company culture. The process was efficient, transparent, and respectful of everyone’s time. Overall, I was impressed with how quickly everything moved!

Question 1
They asked all the right questions. Very conversational, very realistic, ran through a number of what-if scenarios, reviewed the role and the specifics surrounding why they were hiring the role & set realistic expectations for it (this was a start up, the role is likely a mix of several roles into one), etc.

Interview
I scheduled an interview with Local Infusion and rearranged my workday to prepare. Hours before the interview, I received a message canceling the appointment and was told the position was already filled. No advance notice. No respect for my time. No accountability.
This approach signals poor internal communication and weak professional standards. If this is how they treat applicants before they are hired, it raises real concerns about how they treat staff and patients.
Healthcare requires reliability. Their interview process showed the opposite. I would think twice before applying here or trusting them with referrals.
