Locus Software Engineer, Backend interview questions

I applied through online and I got a response within 24 hours. My first assignment was to do a Role Based Auth system and I was given 24 hour time to complete this. I was through to the next round and the telephonic interview happened in the next week. The feedback was outright. Then, they called me to their office for the final round. I was given a task which required me to research, design and implement. I was given a fair amount of time to complete it. I was struck in a few areas and couldn't complete it. After which, I was given detailed feedback on my performance right from the start. Very few companies do this. They told me the areas that I could work on and improve as well. Though I didn't get selected, it was a very good learning experience.
