Loews Hotels & Co interview questions

I had 3 interviews straight with hr, director of housekeeping and director of room! They told me to wait 2 week because they still interviewed more people, which I’m agree, I send 2 emails from the hr to a follow up, because I was interested to work with this hotel. Never respond to me either if you call the human resource they don’t answer the phone! Very disappointing about approach if you get hired or not, you can send email instead to wait!
