Typical technical phone screen and on-site interview. CEO was the first interview at the onsite, which set a nice tone for the remainder of the day. Everyone I met came across as friendly and genuine, though the CTO seemed a bit aloof.

Question 1
Implement a throttling function for calling another function
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Loggly (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me and I went through with the interview process. It involved a technical phone screen plus a day long series of interviews. The interviews were largely architecture based, so testing high level understanding of distributed systems, scalability, etc. One interview focused on coding, but the coding question was not too bad. Two of the interviewers asked the same question which was a little odd.

Question 1
How would you build Loggly if you were building Loggly?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Loggly (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I reached out to their VP of Sales, Jim Ettig, and he was awesome. He's someone I would like to keep in contact with, I'm disappointed we couldn't work together!
I had a coffee interview with Jim, an AE, and their CFO/CMO thereafter.

Question 1
Honestly, Jim can tell right away away if you're a sales guy or not. He's hiring based on culture, so I don't know what I can add here that would be helpful (ie. you're either a good fit or not).
What's your sales process look like?
Typical question, but asked a lot here.
