I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Logi Analytics
Interview
I applied for the position through the company's website. I received a phone call the next day from their Technology Recruiting Manager. We had a nice discussion and then a phone interview was set up. During the phone interview I was asked specific questions about a JS library that I had never used, or ever implied that I had used.
I then never heard anything after the phone interview. Given the questions, I assumed I wouldn't hear back, but just for due diligence, I sent an email to the recruiter, just confirming the state of things. I heard back from someone else at the company telling me "sorry no one got back to you, the person you were working with is no longer with the company".
Even though I have good experience with JS and lots of other languages, there was definitely no interest in finding out how well I know JS or can solve problems. Left me with the feeling that they weren't really looking for good engineers, just someone who could check certain boxes.
Sorry that our response is delayed. The hiring manager for this role has given us feedback on the candidates who have applied. If you have my email address, please check in with me. I am in process of contacting some of the candidates.
