Interview
The applications went through via a local recruitment company and I had a 30-minutes face to face interview in his office followed by a quick phone conversation. Then I was notified to attend the employer interview. There is a HR, project manager and senior control system engineer attending the interview, and it lasts for approximately 45 minutes.

Question 1
They asked me what is my long term plan, e.g. 5 years later. I said I would like to gradually move into a project manager role once I am technically competent. The response from the project manager present in the interview was a bit surprising, he says himself is a project manager, and he does not foresee there is a need for this role unless he leaves.
