I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Logic PD in Oct 2016
Interview
Interview was scheduled by the HR manager. It started with a phone interview and moved on to an in person session. During the face to face meeting, I met with the plant manager and lead engineering manager. At the end of the interview rounds they followed up with an update.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Logic PD (Eden Prairie, MN) in June 2016
Interview
I was interviewed for Shipping/Receiving Lead but then they fired the Shipping Specialist 2 Weeks before I started so then I filled a void but when asked the Manager she basically said she wouldn't have hired me for a lead right away that I would need to gain people's trust, how was I suppose to do that if I was never given the chance or communicated that I was hired to be the lead. Management is horrible with this, another girl was let go for the same thing. But then they let me go because the manager told me they hired me for double the pay then what anyone else was making in the warehouse.

Question 1
Can you take shipments if they are late and don't make it at pick up times to a UPS store if needed?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Logic PD (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2016
Interview
First interview was an hour conversation over the phone. Second interview was half a day in person. They offered the job right away. I thought it was because they valued me, but it turned out that they were just desperate to fill the position! They completely misrepresented the position and duties, as it turned out. Glad I got out as soon as I did!

Question 1
They barely asked questions. I had to do all the talking. Very awkward people. I got the job because I basically interviewed them.
