The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Logic20/20 (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Applied and heard the next day that they would like me to give a few short responses- why I wanted to work in consulting, and typical behavioral interview scenario types of questions.
I️ received an email a day later wanting to schedule an interview in 3 days.
Interview was friendly and casual. Asked about my experience/ background and then mostly answered a lot of my questions / interests in various project diversity. Not really any specific behavioral interview questions.
They called the next day offering me a job. Details regarding the specifics came a few days later and hammered out the details.
This was during a time when they had a shortage of people. Hiring comes an goes, sometimes you are hired but there is no project ready for you so be prepared for that type of offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Logic20/20 (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2017
Interview
I applied online and was sent a few questions by their recruiter to which I replied. After that we lined up an interview. The interview was about an hour long. I met first with someone who explained a lot about their operations and the role, gauging my skill set. The second person I met with asked more situational questions and I felt was gauging my personality more than my technical skills.
We strive for our interview process to be as streamlined as possible and appreciate the time that you spent with us. We certainly focus on your skill sets, but of great importance to us that there is a culture fit with our existing team. Oftentimes we find great candidates, but our current need doesn’t match the skill set. Again, we are grateful for you participating in the process and appreciate your feedback.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Logic20/20 in Aug 2013
Interview
I went through 4 interviews. The first one was with the recruiter, the second and third with members of the senior leadership and a fourth with the project manager of the project I was being considered for. Most of the interview questions were about my training and experience in consulting, whether I was a team-player and how I would respond in various situations with a client. There were also questions about my technical expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
