Interview
The recruiting process is long and includes an IQ test, face-to-face with other employees and a lot more. But as you go through it, it's very respectful and you have feedback of the process.

Very straightforward and transparent. The entire process should take two to three weeks. The recruiter laid out all of the steps in the first phone call. There will be a skills assessment and a behavioral assessment and a panel interview as the final step.
