I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Logical Design Solutions (New York, NY) in Apr 2020
Interview
I interviewed for Logical Design Solutions in April 2020. This interview went really well. Me and HR Manager connected on how LDS and me, potential employee share some fundamental commonalities, in terms of processes and expectations. I was told my work experience could compliment the team nicely. After our conversation, they've asked me to meet with the second HR Manager/Team Lead.
Second interview had a rather different climate, it was harder which I appreciated. We covered my experience, yet again, and what LDS is expecting in finest detail. Certain areas of work that are 'specific only' to LDS were new to me, which is phenomenal, as I'm willing to learn. However interview 'wound down' at this point. I really wanted to continue the dialogue, and learn more about LDS. I felt a bit estranged, that there was two interviews, and I didn't get a chance to interact with the 'actual' hiring manager, that I would report to if hired.
Many days went by and there was no further communication. I thought that industry standard is to email the potential candidate, and give them the status their application. This part left me additionally very uninspired, in respects to this job listing.
