The cruellest, most callous interview process I've ever been a part of. I was screened, then met with the VP, then met with the head of SEO. I was given an assignment that I presented. I then provided 3 references that were contacted. NO JOB OFFER.
I can handle rejection, especially after late-round interviews, but to contact my references and not have an offer lined up is an inconvenience that is inexplicable. This agency should be ashamed of itself for how they conduct their hiring process, stringing candidates along, then pulling the rug out from under them. References are not at the beck and call of candidates. Am I to assume that I can just pull them away from their lives and careers whenever I want? Honestly, if anyone at LMG is reading this, you handled this very, very poorly.

We appreciate all the time spent by candidates in our hiring processes and I'm sorry this decision was disappointing. We hope you are not discouraged and continue to pursue opportunities that will support your career growth.
I applied online. I interviewed at Logical Media Group
Interview
Multiple zoom calls. I met with two people in HR and someone in leadership. I was led along via emails for over a month and then ghosted. Not a positive experience.

Tell me about your sales and marketing experience?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Logical Media Group (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2024
Interview
The woman interviewing seemed very casual, which I appreciated, however the company was horrible at replying to emails. I needed to follow up 3 times after they emailed me about an interview. Then, after the interview, I didn't hear from them for 3 weeks. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Given the information I gathered our chat, I think it's better off I go elsewhere.
This company takes its time!

What KPI's I am familiar with for campaigns, how familiar I am with CRMs. It was incredibly basic and quite a boring interview.
