Interview
The interview process was long and emotionally taxing. I advanced through multiple stages, but communication was poor—I only received updates when I followed up myself. After a final-round interview on a Friday, I was met with an impersonal, automated rejection email that Monday. After weeks of effort and engagement, the lack of transparency and human connection was deeply disappointing. It’s not just about not getting the job—it’s about how candidates are treated. Being discarded without basic courtesy or compassion really hurt. While the team later acknowledged my feedback and said they’re reviewing the process, it’s disheartening that people have to be reminded to treat others with a basic level of respect.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Logicbroker (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2025
Interview
Interviewer seemed more interested in ending the interview. He was totally distracted the whole time. I didn’t feel valued or appreciated. I couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism. It didn’t seem like a spot for me.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Logicbroker in Apr 2022
Interview
Interviews over several weeks. The third round I was asked to do a QBR and present it. I had no guidelines or criteria, they only gave me a prospective client and a deadline. Mind you, I got the details on the Friday before Easter and was told to complete it in 5 days. I asked for a bit more time due to the holiday weekend and was ultimately told no.
From this point, I realized this wasn’t the company for me and they wouldn’t be able to offer the good culture I’d hope to have. They were already prioritizing their company needs over mine and I wasn’t even their employee. YIKES!
