Logz.io Account Development Representative interview questions

I applied through a recruiter after I had a phone screen with the head of recruiting. I then met with the head of recruiting as well as the head of sales and the head of sales management. I thought I did a great job and I felt a strong connection with the individuals who interviewed me. The process took upwards of two hours; they said they would get back to me within 48 hours and only got back to me after I sent two follow up emails. I am convinced they would not have told me I was rejected if I didn't hear back from them. They told me I was not hired because they found another candidate who more so met the qualifications of the role. However, they told the recruiting company they did not hire me due to my lack of eye contact. They are still continuing to hire for the same role I applied for and it feels like a huge slap in the face. The business is growing quickly and I see all over LinkedIn that they are looking to hire recent grads. So clearly, they hated me so much that I am the one recent grad they are not willing to hire.
