I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Loma Linda University Health (Loma Linda, CA) in Sept 2018
Interview
Kind of lengthy considering there are different levels to the interview process. First level is the (unexpected) phone interview by Admin Asst. If you pass that, you will then be invited to participate in a more extensive interview. The extensive interview has a lot of possible applicants and it works on a rotation of about 5 people interviewing you. The first person you see is the Executive Director of Nutritional Services. If she doesn't feel the fit is right, that's the end of the journey for you. If she feels like you have potential, you will see the rest of the interviewers (for me 4 others). That part is over. You will receive a call if you are offered a position. You may accept/decline. If accepted, you will go through a physical.
