Applied through trac. First stage is an invitation to an assessment (covers your typing speed and accuracy + memory and listening skills (recalling information from fake call scenario). If you pass, you are notified (around a week later) and invited to a formal interview. The formal interview questions I was asked - ‘Why am I interested in this job? What makes me a great fit? Which skills could I bring? A time when I worked well under-pressure? How I deal with stressful situations and my coping mechanisms? What I would do if I overheard a colleague making discriminatory marks towards another colleague? The importance of confidentiality and how to ensure it’s upheld? A time when I handled a stressful situation?’ Was told I would hear back within 1-2 days - yet to find out the outcome.

First you do assessment and then if you past then you will get an email about interview. Tbh it took ages for the interview but they do send you information to give you time to prepare.
