I applied online. I interviewed at London City Airport (London, England)
Interview
Usually based on STAR method which could easily be learned in Youtube. Friendly environment in which they are trying to understand what kind of person stands in front of them. Don't hesitate to apply, there are a lot of opportunities and the interview for low and mid positions isn't hard. I can't say about the top position as I haven't applied yet.
3 step process, first phone call interview, then onsite interview with 2 people, and then another onsite director interview, after 3 steps completed, got an offer on the phone call within a week
Interview questions [1]

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at London City Airport (City of London, England) in May 2017
Interview
After applying I was invited to submit a video interview via an app; to be done on computer, mobile phone or tablet. I answered a series of questions and then days later was invited to a face to face interview at the Airport. The interview consisted of questions which were individually scored on each answer, and then a computer test which was also scored. The person with the highest score in total got the job. Two people interviewed me, one of which was the Manager, and they were very friendly and welcoming. The interview lasted about 40 minutes and then I was told there would be a 30 minute computer test, where three tasks were given, to be done on a laptop computer.
