Their response is not fast even they want us to respond to their messages quickly. And It's a complete double standard. It was not kinda fair honestly. While getting the interview, i had a feeling of what is typical Japanese company choosing anything by their boss. They value hierarchy over efficiency, even if it means keeping the candidate waiting.
