Their interview process was 4 rounds, which off the bat is not a good sign and illustrates the company wastes resources and time. The first interview was fine. They made me drive on-site for the second interview to meet with two managers separately. The second interview felt more like an interrogation than an opportunity for the managers to understand my current role and get to know me as an employee. They were rude, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. They also insulted my current role, and it was an overall poor experience. Then I sent a thank-you email to both managers and did not receive a response. I did not hear back from Lone Pine for an entire month, only to be informed that they are dissolving the role. Terrible experience.
