They use a interview process which for me took 1-2 months of time. They will ask a question about smoking, say no or you will not be hired. They are looking for helpful, respectful staff that gets along well with one another as well as with customers and many of their questions reflect this.

How many sick days a year I would allow an employee under me if I were a manager before bringing it up as an issue. The correct answer is 10 (legal minimum) because anything more than that suggests you as an employee will try to take that many sick days in a year.

Sometimes lengthy interview process, with difficulty following up with the employer. I was eventually hired after applying for several jobs, but it took quite a while. The process varies between stores but many interview questions are the same.

1 hour interview with the manager after phone interview. Relaxing talking and questions about yourself from last education to your career. Quick response and there will be second round if you pass the interview.
