I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LongHorn Steakhouse (Conyers, GA) in May 2016
Interview
The manager was really nice she asked me a few questions and really like the fact that I had previous experience. I already knew the other two bartenders so I got a chance to joke around with them before the interview showing that I would work well with them. They told me that they had a cheat sheet behind the bar which really helps in making all of the detailed drinks. I also really like how clean the bar looked when I arrived showing that they really care about their business and their customers.

Question 1
Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced environment?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at LongHorn Steakhouse (Chattanooga, TN)
Interview
I got a notification that the Longhorn Steakhouse in Chattanooga was hiring bartenders, i was called for an interview and before the host manager started interviewing me, he said "we don't really hire bartenders at the spot, they have to start as servers" 😡 Then WHY the company says that they're looking for bartenders??? Very misleading!!! These matrix restaurants should NOT waste peoples time! They don't pay for my gas neither for my time! Plus, the hostess told me to sit on one of their tables and he interviewed me there, he wasn't speaking clear or loud, i couldn't hear him well with all that loud music and around customers! Very unprofessional.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you went above and beyond with a customer?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at LongHorn Steakhouse (Mayaguez, PR)
Interview
It was relatively easy, Asked questions as to why I wanted to work there and what experience I had. Simply explained I was a student trying to become independent. They asked me if I had transportation and how did I learn about the job. Also, a behavioral assessment was done before hand. (multiple choice, paper test)
