Interview
Even though I was 15 minutes early for my interview, the manager had me wait for almost an hour before sitting down with me, even though the restaurant was extremely slow.

Interview
I had worked for Darden before, at Olive Garden specifically, and that process was the easiest interview process I've ever experienced (was hired immediately following my first interview). Longhorn's interview process was probably the most excessive, considering the line of work. In total, I had four interviews, all in person, and all taking less than 15 minutes (excluding delays within interview because the manager had to keep getting pulled to help out). Two of the interviews were with one manager, then the other interviews were with different managers. All basically asked the same questions. Frankly, even though the process was easy, their process of interviewing felt excessive.

Question 1
The majority of the questions were of the behavioral interview type with them wanting me to specifically talk about stressful occasions at my other jobs. Other questions were personal, what I was in college for, what my plans were, etc. The interviews were easy-going and felt laid back.
