Smooth and friendly. Only went for one session. Might need to talk with overseas colleagues. Interviewer was nice and helpful. She also asked good questions that were insightful and interesting.

I was screened by the recruiter. The first interview I had with someone related to the job was an in person interview.
I already received a bad feeling about the job since they forced me to come into the office for my first interview, this is the first company that has asked me to do so.
The 2 employees who interviewed me were very unprofessional. They need an actual IT Manager, or management training. During the whole process, they asked very specific questions to their environment, which only company employed staff would know. If they actually had proper training, they would understand how different every environment is.
Both of these employees need further management training or the company should hire a REAL IT Manager, who actually has experience in leading a team.
