Initially, I had a phone interview in English and Spanish not only to ask me questions in regards my teaching philosophy and strategies for teaching, but also to test my abilities profile in both languages. After that, I was asked to come and teach an intermediate level class, where I was observed. Later, they took me around campus and had lunch at the school cafeteria. They made me feel very comfortable!
